Return Process

  Log into your AJ Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment remains in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
